Deleting your Letmeeno account

You can permanently delete your Letmeeno account and the data associated with it at any time. Here's how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete from inside the app

The quickest way is right inside Letmeeno:

Open Letmeeno and go to your profile settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and associated data are removed.

No longer have the app?

If you've removed Letmeeno from your phone, you can still request deletion by email. Send a message from the phone number or email tied to your account so we can verify it's you:

Write to info@letmeeno.com with the subject "Account deletion request." We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the personal information tied to you, including:

Your profile — name, photo, and the phone number used to verify your account.
Events you created where no one else is attending.
Your place on the guest lists of events you joined.
Photos you shared in event chats.
Your notification settings and device information.

What this means for shared plans

Letmeeno is built around shared events, so a few things are handled with care for the people you planned with. For events that other people are still attending, the event itself stays so it isn't lost for everyone else — but your personal details are removed and you're no longer shown by name. Messages you sent may remain so the conversation still makes sense to others, but they're no longer attributed to you.

Is it permanent?

Yes. Account deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Once your data is removed it can't be recovered, so please be sure before you confirm.
